The Autumn/Winter Polish !

I don't necessarily change up my makeup or nail choices based on the season but if I had to, today's post, features the nail polishes I would pick. 

Clockwise (from top) - Chanel April, Essie Really Red, Covergirl Midnight Magic, Maybelline Blue Freeze, Sportsgirl Bossy Boots

Chanel April - Chanel April is a muted red shade which is perfect for the current season. Its a beautiful color with great pigmentation and texture. 

Essie Really Red - I love a good red all year round. Essie Really Red is a classic bright red. I love sporting red during Christmas as its so festive. 

Covergirl Midnight Magic - A good choice for winters is grey. Midnight Magic is a dark grey with multi colored shimmer. Its a pretty shimmery shades perfect for winter night outs. 

Maybelline Blue Freeze - I love a good navy in winters. Blue Freeze is a metallic navy blue with subtle shimmer which is not visible once applied. 

Sportsgirl Bossy Boots - I love purple nail polishes. I love Sportsgirl polishes, good quality and choices. Bossy Boots is a gorgeous creamy pigmented purple. Love wearing this on my toes as well.

Manicure Monday - Essie Enuf is Enuf

This Manicure Monday features Essie 'Enuf is Enuff'. 

'Enuf is Enuf' is a pretty reddish coral color. It is perfect for adding a bright pop of color. 

It has a creamy texture, that shows opaque in two coats. It is a beautiful bright summery color and I have been enjoying wearing this color past few weeks. 

In the pics, it looks more of a pinky coral, though in reality it is more of a red-orange color. The polish is nicely pigmented and easy to apply.

It is a nice bright coral color to have, if you are looking for one. Which are your favorite coral polishes ?

Merry Christmas & NOTD - Essie Really Red

Essie 'Really Red' is my first Essie nail polish..Essie is one of the most loved nail polish brands by beauty enthusiasts. 

Really Red is a bright, gorgeous, shiny cool toned red color perfect for festive season and well for anytime if you want to wear red. This polish is a lovely creamy formula which becomes opaque in two coats. To me its a classic red. 

I am enjoying this polish currently, but I did not see anything outstanding about the texture n the feel of the polishes (considering that these polishes are very famous), though I have to admit that this polish lasted really well on me as compared to the other drugstore polishes. This lasted on me for around 6 days with minor tip wear which is a big plus for me as I don't like to change my polishes very often. Considering that, I would like to try other Essie shades.

CVS, Ulta, Target & Kiehl's Haul

Incase you don't already know, I am just back from my US vacation and am featuring haul posts this week. Normal blogging will follow soon :)

So following yesterday's HAUL post, today is a drugstore one .. This post features some US brands that are not easily available in Australia like Milani, Wet n Wild, EOS etc and some of my fav drugstore brands Revlon n Maybelline which I just had to buy cos they are so cheap in US. Hope you enjoy the loot :)

I bought four Revlon just bitten kissable balm stains and two Revlon lip butters

I haven't tried the super famous Tarte Amazonian Clay blushes yet, so I bought myself one in 'Exposed'. I wanted to go with a classic one, good for everyday use :)

Bought some Maybelline eye pencils and mascaras and a color tattoo ..

I have been wanting to try the Milani Liquifeye pencils since a while now. Got the Milani blush in Luminoso:)

I got myself a Wet n Wild Eye trio in Silent Treatment  and a blush in Heather Silk

Some random stuff and two Burt's Bees lip  balms n of course I had to get the EOS lip balm :) .. I bought my first essie nail polish in Really Red ..As you must have realized by now, am trying most of these brands for the first time..
 

I bought Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Eye cream and the Ultra Facial moisturizer (first time trying Kiehl's products)

Bought these adorable BBW pocket sanitizers :), that's all for now ..
