The Autumn/Winter Polish !

I don't necessarily change up my makeup or nail choices based on the season but if I had to, today's post, features the nail polishes I would pick. 

Clockwise (from top) - Chanel April, Essie Really Red, Covergirl Midnight Magic, Maybelline Blue Freeze, Sportsgirl Bossy Boots

Chanel April - Chanel April is a muted red shade which is perfect for the current season. Its a beautiful color with great pigmentation and texture. 

Essie Really Red - I love a good red all year round. Essie Really Red is a classic bright red. I love sporting red during Christmas as its so festive. 

Covergirl Midnight Magic - A good choice for winters is grey. Midnight Magic is a dark grey with multi colored shimmer. Its a pretty shimmery shades perfect for winter night outs. 

Maybelline Blue Freeze - I love a good navy in winters. Blue Freeze is a metallic navy blue with subtle shimmer which is not visible once applied. 

Sportsgirl Bossy Boots - I love purple nail polishes. I love Sportsgirl polishes, good quality and choices. Bossy Boots is a gorgeous creamy pigmented purple. Love wearing this on my toes as well.

Manicure Monday - Chanel 'April' revisited

This Manicure Monday features Chanel April as the base and accent nails and tips using Essence Sneezy.

I absolutely love Chanel April. This is the only Chanel polish I own. I love the texture, the packaging, the application and the brush OMG, its a fault free brush .. See the Chanel April previous mani HERE.
 

Essence Sneezy is a gorgeos brown color with subtle silver glitter. Its a nice creamy texture. Check the Essence Sneezy previous mani HERE.

Chanel Le Vernis in April - NOTD

Chanel Le Vernis in April is  a pretty berry red shade. It is a muted red which reminds me of wine and makes me wanna sing Red Red wine.

This polish was featured before in my DUTY FREE HAUL from Singapore. This is my first at a Chanel Polish. Chanel Le Vernis in April is a complete winner in all aspects - texture, application, pigmentation, packaging, etc. The formula is creamy and lovely. It applied smoothly and easily. Within two coats you get pretty, pigmented and glossy nails :)

So this was my quick NOTD and review today. I am really enjoying this polish at the moment.
