Review - Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue

I am really loving wearing 'Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue' this summer .. Its a very fresh n summery scent .. Even the packaging to me, screams summer .. transparent bottle, light blue lid and light blue velvet box.. I absolutely adore this perfume ...


Let's see the good and the bad of 'Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue'



The Good
  • Crip, clean and citrusy scent
  • Summery and fresh, fells like having a beach in a bottle
  • Fresh and young scent 
  • Not too overwhelming, this is a nice n subtle scent, I cannot take strong scents they tend to give me a headache
  • Nice packaging

The Bad
  • The only thing that I don't like about this that it does not last long on me, lasts around half a work day :(
  • Some people may find it a bit pricey

Should be easily available at any department store

To me, this is a very classic fragrance and I definitely think I will keep coming back to it ..I love it ..Have you tried this fragrance ? Do you like it ?

    I agree that the lasting power leaves a lot to be desired. I find the top citrus notes don't last long at all and pretty soon the whole scent starts smelling very sweet on me (without any of the freshness/tartness of the lemon top notes), but I still love it anyway :)

      Yes the lasting part is the main thing I don't like ..Oh thats sad .. On me it stayed the same, only didnt last long ..

    I test-sprayed this at a store recently. I feel it's a beautiful "holiday perfume", so I'm going to get this once my summer vacation is planned coz its still winter for us in India.

    This is my go to scent! I have this on all the time and smell like this all the time:P !! In fact, my brother gets me the whole pack complete with the body wash and lotion every birthday! :P It's an EDT which is why it doesn't last too long. EDPs last longer! But I always spritz it back in some hours anyway! :P EEp! The mention of it makes me so happy!

      I am loving it tooo these days, the day I don't apply this, I actually start missing it ..Wow thats so sweet of ur brother Ikya .. ya true EDP lasts much longer .. does this have an EDP ?
