5 Affordable Beauty/Makeup Storage Ideas !

I am pretty happy with my current makeup/beauty storage. I store everything related to beauty/makeup/nails/hair in my vanity. It is easily accessible and visible to me which is key to me. So in today's post, I thought I will share with you 5 Affordable Beauty/Makeup Storage Ideas that work for me.

  1. Makeup Cube - My makeup cube has 5 drawers and hosts most of my makeup. This is a stationery cabinet available from OfficeWorks and is an affordable and practical option to store makeup. These can easily be stacked too.
  2. Pen Stands - I use these transparent pen stands from Kmart to store my makeup brushes. These were for a dollar each.
  3. Organizers - I have these baskets from Kmart which help to organize and section stuff. These are available in different sizes and are so so affordable. These were under $3 for a set of 4.
  4. Trays - This tray is from Kmart. I use this to store my day to day makeup so it is nice and handy. Trays can be used to store day to day jewellery or makeup.
  5. Boxes - In the pic above (bottom left), I have boxes from Lust have It and L'Occitane skincare set. I keep these boxes and store jewellery in them or backup makeup. In the pic above (bottom middle) I have my GHD straightener box, I use the box to store the makeup brushes that I don't use on  a day to day basis and the lid stores my watches. So If you get fancy boxes, don't throw them they can come in handy !

Kmart also has very affordable bathroom storage organizers which make for affordable and practical makeup/beauty storage options .Check them HERE, HERE and HERE

Hope you enjoyed the post. How do you store your makeup ?

The more storage I get (acrylic drawers etc) seems to coincide with the acquisition of more products, then further storage issues lol
