Review : The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream

Today I am reviewing 'The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream'
I am relatively new to the eye creams department and this is the first eye cream that I have tried, so I really cannot compare this with any other eye cream out there. I have normal to dry skin. I have a lot of scary under eye dark circles and have fine lines as well, but I do not have puffiness under the eyes

As per The Body Shop

A moisturising eye cream that helps protect the delicate skin around the eye area, reducing the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles.

  • Hydrates skin in the eye area
  • Reduces the appearance of fine lines
  • Leaves skin feeling soft and smooth
  • Gentle massage helps reduce puffiness

The Good
  1. Absorbs easily into the skin leaving skin soft, smooth and hydrated, so definitely a good eye moisturizer.
  2. Feels light and soft on the eyes
  3. Reasonably priced.
  4. Little goes a long way.
  5. Nice packaging, easy and hygienic way to dispense the product out without much wastage. I love the ease of packaging.
  6. Cannot comment on the puffiness, as I do not have puffiness under the eyes.

The Bad
  1. Does nothing for my dark circles.
  2. Does nothing for my fine lines.

Price
24.95$

Overall I think this cream is good just as an under eye cream, so if you are looking only for that, you can give this a try ..

Do you know any good eye creams that I should try ?

  1. I like the packaging of this eye cream, nice and clean :) My favourite eye cream is the Kiehls Midnight Recovery one, it smells amazing and the packaging is so pretty in navy blue. I've also heard good things about the Aldi Lacura eye creams, but am yet to try them out.

  5. My eye area looks smoother since i started using Made From Earth's Vitamin C Moisturizer and that makes me happy.! I t is also very soothing, has almost no odor and goes on so effortlessly, it's a real pleasure to use.
I apply the Made from Earth Moisturizer every day and night but because it is also refreshing, I've slipped it on in the middle of the day just to feel a little luxury. Very, very nice product.

I can't think of one negative thing about this eye cream.
