Today post is a quick one featuring 3 different ways to use one of the favorite beauty products - mascara !
Emergency grey hair fix
If you have a grey hair situation with no time to touch up the roots, mascara comes to rescue. Using mascara over grey hair is a quick way to fix the situation. It is not necessarily the best way, as the hair tend to feel a bit crunchy, but it is still a good work around in my opinion to fix an emergency situation (please, don't use the same wand for your eyelashes).
Brow gel
If you have a brown mascara (or even black, if you are okay with it) lying around that you don't use and don't have a brow gel to set your brows, mascara can be used in a similar fashion. Again, the brows will feel a bit crunchy, but again a good option if you have nothing else (another option, is setting your brows with hair spray).
Spoolie to separate lashes
Don't throw your favorite mascara when its over, clean the wand and use it as a spoolie. This is great for separating and de-clumping lashes after applying mascara.

Thanks, glad you liked it Renee :)
ReplyDeleteI also always keep my used mascara wand, clean it and use it as a spoolie - it's so handy to have one to separate your lashes, when they get stuck together ;)
ReplyDeleteIf you'd like you could check out my new blog arabesque - I'd be honored ;)
