This Monday's Meal of the Day (MOTD) is Egg Paratha Wrap or Omlette Paratha Wrap. I will be including recipes in the MOTD's posts as I have been requested by some readers. Happy Luncheon :)
Ingredients
Wholemeal flour, eggs, veggies (cucumber, onion, capsicum, tomato) , mustard sauce, peri peri sauce, oil, salt, pepper
Recipe
- Prepare a paratha with the wholemeal dough.
- Let the paratha sit on the pan when you are done.
- Beat the eggs (as you would for an omlette).
- Spread the eggs batter over the paratha as you would over a frying pan while making omlette. Reverse it and cook it on the egg side. This adds the egg layer over your paratha. Your wrap is ready.
- Add veggies as per your linking.
- Add salt, pepper for seasoning.
- Top it with some peri peri sauce and mustard sauce.
- You can also sprinkle some grated cheese if you want.
- Roll your wrap and enjoy :).
its yum!..i love egg parathas..i take out yolk and then spread it over the paratha ..i am going to try with the sauce which u mentioned..let me first hunt for it here.:)
